Shipping & White Glove Service
Shipping: We primarily use PRIVATE, THIRD PARTY CARRIERS who deliver your product fully assembled.
Estimated Shipping Duration: Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method that the customer chooses. Most shipments will arrive in 2 to 7 days after pickup.
White Glove Service: White Glove delivery service is offered to customers who require placement of their item. Please make us aware of all details for your request PRIOR to ordering. This includes, but is not limited to: # of steps, narrow openings, terrain or other difficulties with placement. Carriers must be prepared with the adequate amount of staff and equipment prior to delivery. White Glove delivery includes anything other than unloading in your driveway.
Customs and Import Tax: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept exchanges with a 5 day notification. Customers are responsible for return shipping. We do not accept returns or cancellations of custom products.
CONDITION OF RETURNS: buyers are responsible for the shipping fees for returns. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
DAMAGE IN TRANSIT: In the event of damage during shipping, customers MUST note any damage on the carrier Bill of Lading. Carriers are responsible for any damage and documentation of damage must be included on the Bill of Lading in order to file proper claims with the carrier.
DEFECTS IN WORKMANSHIP: Should you have any problems with your order due to workmanship please notify us immediately to determine a course of action.
